E&E Tea Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions, effects, issues or illness.

E&E Tea Co has company clients, retail, company, and wholesale pricing may differ.



Refunds are only available on teapots and steepers. Refunds will only be processed within 30 days or less after order. No tea products are eligible for return but contact us for any issues, we'd love to assist you in handling any concerns or problems with your order. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.



Our glass gooseneck tea pots are stove top and dishwasher safe. Tea pot may be hot so please use caution. Do not leave in the reach of children and be advised tea pot does not whistle.  E&E Tea Co is not responsible for product breaking, burns or damage from this glass infuser teapot

Our steepers are dishwasher safe.  



In-store and wholesale pricing may differ from our online store pricing.  



If pickup orders are not picked up 14 days from receipt of confirmation that order is complete, product will be restocked or discarded. Depending on size of the order, a fee of $20 may be assessed. We make our tea fresh for you and don't want it to sit.
